The Layout

The interface is divided into 2 parts. You select one or more images from the folder on the left, then click Add to copy them to the right panel for editing. You can also click Add All to add all the image files from the folder.

At the bottom, a small Preview window will show you a thumbnail every time you click an image, along with its resolution and file size.

1. How to Batch Convert:

This feature lets you convert multiple input files to the same format in one click. After you add files to the right-side workboard, select an output format you want to convert to. You can choose from: JPEG, JPEG2000, PNG, PDF, TIFF, GIF, BMP, and WEBP.

Then set an output folder and click on the magnifying glass at the bottom right to preview the output, before clicking Convert.

2. How to Batch Resize:

At the Batch Convert tab, toggle the checkbox before Use Advanced Options, and you'll see the Advanced Options button appear. Click on it to open the Advanced Options window.

You can resize images to the same dimensions by pixels, percentage, print size, or one side of the image. You can preserve the aspect ratio, switch width and height, or ignore images that are already smaller than the selected size.

When you're done, click OK, and then Convert.

3. How to Batch Rename:

Switch to the Batch Rename tab at the top left.

Set a file name template for a batch of images. You can use placeholders to generate new file names automatically. After you click Rename, they will be renamed in the same pattern and saved to the output folder.

Other Advanced Options

In the Advanced Options window, you're also provided with the following batch-editing tools.

• Rotate: Rotate the images by 90 or 180 degrees in both directions. Flip the images horizontally or vertically.
• Crop: Crop images in pixels, print size, or aspect ratio. A consistent width and height for all images.
• Canvas: Change the canvas size in pixels, in percentage, or in Expand Mode. This is different from resizing in that it adds blank space outside the edges when the canvas is larger than the image.
• Color Depth: Set a color depth from 1 bit to 24 bits. A higher color depth means more nuances and smoother gradients, but it also notably increases the file sizes.
• Adjustments: Adjust picture specs, including brightness, contrast, RGB, and more.
• DPI: You can change the images' DPI. Increasing DPI makes the image sharper, which is good for printing.
• Text: Add text to the images in your preferred font, color, and position.
• Watermark: Add a watermark image to the files.
• Border: Add a frame and customize its color, width, shadows, and more.
